About Bain Liquid Disposal

Since its beginnings in 1950 (as Adams’ Septic Tank Services), Bain Liquids Disposal is proud to be an independently owned and operated local business.

Through thick and thin, including rebuilding the business after a fire completely destroyed their offices and factory in 2006, owner Bruce Bain remained committed to providing their loyal clients with a wide range of professional liquid waste disposal services.

    By law, some of your waste must be disposed of in the area you live. We work alongside the Waikato Regional Council to ensure the highest standards of local liquid waste disposal. We use WasteTRACK, a national online database to track liquid and hazardous wastes from generation, through transport to treatment or disposal. Use the wrong company and you run the risk of being fined up to $35,000 or more.

  • You Are Responsible for Your Own Waste – Disposal Companies Only Transport It for You!

    Many companies aren’t compliant with waste management requirements and as a result you as the ‘waste owner’ are liable for their malpractice. Potential fines you face for their negligence are as high as $35,000 so far and counting.

    You can be confident that Bain Liquids Disposal is fully code compliant. We work alongside the Waikato Regional Council to ensure the highest standards of liquid waste disposal.

  • Some Waste Has to Be Disposed in the Area You Live in or Go to Special Facilities.

    Waste disposal companies can’t simply disposal of waste where they want. All disposal companies must pass an internal audit with local councils in order to ensure the correct procedures and requirements are adhered to.

  • How often should I clean my Grease Trap or Dux Converter?

    Depending on the size of your business between 1 to 3 months. We’ll save your business money by doing the job properly the first time, and help you manage ongoing planned maintenance.

    We recommend that you clean your Septic Tank once every 3 to 5 years depending on the numbers living in the dwelling. We’ll help you save money by doing the job properly the first time, and help you manage ongoing planned maintenance.

  • Bain’s are serious about the safety of you, your property, and our staff. We are fully NZQA trained and certified in hazard identification, confined space work, height safety (above or below ground), and as permit receivers.
